Crédit Agricole Assurances has entered into exclusive discussions with Charterhouse Capital Partners with a view to acquiring its stake in the Comexposium group.
Crédit Agricole Assurances, which will thus become the long-term partner of the group's historical shareholder, the Paris-Île-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and of the group’s managers, wishes to support Comexposium in its strategy and continuing expansion.

Last week, an overwhelming majority of voters from the City of Miami Beach approved the lease of public land for a privately-funded convention headquarter hotel that will be connected to the newly renovated and reimagined $620 million Miami Beach Convention Center.
