Venue management companies AEG Facilities and SMG have completed their merger to create ASM Global, a new, stand-alone global facility management and venue services company that now operates more than 300 arenas, stadiums, convention centers and performing arts centers across five continents. The completion of this transaction comes eight months after the companies announced the proposed merger. The Events Industry Council continues its commitment to greening the global events industry with the launch of the EIC Centre for Sustainable Events, unveiled Sept. 10 at IMEX America in Las Vegas. The Labelexpo Global Series of trade shows for the label and package printing industry is launching a new major show serving the Latin American market: Labelexpo Mexico,  set for June 23-25, 2021, at World Trade Center Mexico City. Labelexpo Mexico joins a portfolio of other successful Labelexpo trade shows, including Label Summit Latin America, which rotates among three locations; and Labelexpo Americas, which takes place biennially at Donald E.
