Singapore Exhibition Services’ MTA VIETNAM2012 attracted a total of more than 10,000 attendees, including trade visitors, exhibiting staff, conference delegates, speakers and members of the press.
The manufacturing solutions trade event was first launched in Ho Chi Minh City in 2005 and is co-organized by VCCI Exhibition Service Co Ltd.

UBM Sinexpo, the joint venture company between UBM Asia and Shanghai Sinoexpo International Exhibition Ltd.,has acquired the Winexpo trade show from Shanghai Golden Commercial Exhibition.
Winexpo, first launched in 2005, is held in May and November in Shanghai.
The May 2012 event was held in INTEX Shanghai and attracted almost 100 exhibitors and more than 5,300 trade visitors.
The autumn 2012 event will take place Nov. 28-30. From 2013, Winexpo will be collocated with UBM's existing trade show, Hotelex Shanghai, China's leading show for hotel supplies and equipment.

Four energy-related trade shows representing different aspects of the value chain will be collocated - China EPower, China Smart Gridtec exhibitions ,Wind Energy Exhibition and Conference and China International Power and Generating Sets Exhibition.
The collocation of the four shows is the result of a joint venture between MP Zhongmao International (Shanghai) Pte Ltd and Shanghai Deray Exhibition Planning Co. Ltd.

The second edition of the China Sourcing Fairs in Miami, organised by Hong Kong-based Global Sources, reported a space growth of 16% over its inaugural edition. The event was held from 10th to 12th July 2012 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, which expanded into a second exhibition hall this year.

During UBM’s Shanghai International Children-Baby-Maternity Industry Expo (CBME), UBM Asia announced a co-operation agreement with Istanbul-based EFEM to support the sales and marketing of the two organisations’ baby product shows.
EFEM is the organiser of the International Istanbul Mothers, Babies, Children Products Fair (MBCP) and Wintexpo Autumn Winter Baby Child Fashion Fair (Wintexpo). According to the news release, MBCP is now the third largest baby products show in Europe, while Wintexpo is the leading baby products show in Turkey.

Toronto is host for the American Head and Neck Society’s International Conference for the second time July 21-25 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

AMT – The Association for Manufacturing Technology’s IMTS – International Manufacturing Technology Show is just around the corner, and the organization announced it has teamed with Trillium CNC/CNC Jobs for its first-ever IMTS 2012 Job Center.
