The Expo Group Launches ExpoSuite Event Technology Platform

February 1, 2019

In its continuing mission to develop smart, seamless technology tools to help event planners execute events with less stress, The Expo Group has launched ExpoSuite, a single-source event technology service platform that combines show management, exhibitor, sponsor and attendee platforms into one digital experience.

Designed to ensure compelling, memorable, measurable and continuously improving experiences for all show participants, ExpoSuite helps event organizers measure event performance, analyze results and drive revenue, according to The Expo Group officials.

“Technology is at the center of our lives, disrupting entire industries, including our own,” said Toby Purdy, chief sales officer of The Expo Group. “To remain relevant and grow businesses, technology is required.”

Launched at the International Association for Exhibitions and Events’ 2018 Expo! Expo! annual conference last December in New Orleans, ExpoSuite combines all the proprietary tools developed for show organizers, exhibitors and sponsors with Expo1 – a new single digital engagement platform that not only optimizes exhibitor, attendee and sponsor experience and show revenue but also includes analytics, engagement and marketing features.

Some of ExpoSuite’s service features include:

Cyberservices: Enables exhibitors to access the platform’s e-commerce website that allows them to order all the show services they need

ExpoPro: A graphics management collaboration tool that eases version-management to improve accuracy and save time

YourSpace: A Pinterest-like online tool that showcases all the sponsorship opportunities at the event

ShowOptimizer: An online calculator for co-investment opportunities with The Expo Group that is customizable to different goals

In developing new technology tools and enhancing its current tools, The Expo Group spent a year speaking with exhibitors and show managers across industry sectors while studying the behavior of companies such as Amazon, Uber and Airbnb - digital trendsetters that have created ubiquitous online behaviors that have been leveraged within ExpoSuite’s offerings, Purdy explained.

“Optimizing revenues and experiences for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors is paramount to a successful trade show or event,” Purdy said. “The Expo Group invests in analytical research, digital tools and personnel so that our clients can grow.”
