Feathr Teams Up with Convention Data Services and CompuSystems

April 12, 2018

In an effort to deliver even more value to its customers, digital marketing and analytics software provider, Feathr, has formed technical partnerships with Convention Data Services and CompuSystems to create unique combined solutions for event planners.

Through Feathr’s partnership with Convention Data Services, an event registration, business intelligence and lead capture solutions provider, joint customers will have the ability to easily integrate both platforms, enabling CDS clients to quickly launch Feathr campaigns and more accurately measure conversions.

“As our customer base and time in the industry has grown, we’ve learned more and more about the other partners our customers rely on,” says Aidan Augustin, president and co-founder of Feathr.

He continued, “Convention Data Services is one of the most prominent of such partners that our customers like SME and Questex have requested that we integrate with. We’re delighted to have this technical partnership in place to help us deliver even more value to our customers.”

This partnership also signifies the beginning of ongoing collaboration for services and features between the two companies, Augustin added.

“CDS is excited to offer our clients the opportunity to seamlessly integrate the two platforms,” said John Kimball, president and CEO of CDS.

He continued, “Having common goals is the foundation for a successful partnership and we are confident that this partnership will allow our joint clients to quickly launch campaigns and measure results. Together, CDS and Feathr offer show managers a wide array of acquisition tools to effectively grow their events.”

Feathr also recently teamed up with CompuSystems, a full-service event registrations services provider, which will – as with the CDS partnership – allow joint customers to seamlessly integrate both platforms.

According to Augustin, CompuSystems customers will now be able to sync and integrate data from their registration system to Feathr’s platform, enabling more powerful segmentation, campaign targeting and more accurate reporting.

“A partnership and integration with CompuSystems is something that customers have been asking us about for some time (and) CompuSystems has a long track record of high-quality technology and service and are exactly the kind of company we’re happy to be aligned with,” Augstin explained.

He added, “This technical partnership will help us deliver even more value to our joint customers.”

Chris Williams, president of CompuSystems also expressed excitement and about the partnership and integration with Feathr.

“This partnership creates a powerful synergy, allowing us to take attendee acquisition to the next level to help our customers with one of their most important goals: getting more buyers onto their show floor,” Williams said.

Clients of both CDS and CompuSystems will receive access to Feathr’s full platform at a special rate.

According to Augustin, the main goal of these tech partnerships is to improve the user experience while helping customers make full use of the data they already own.

“Feathr’s most common use case is attendee acquisition,” Augustin said. “That makes registration a natural point of integration because we can measure conversions and marketers can access registration data within their Feathr account for future marketing and audience analytics efforts.”

He added, “When it comes to registration vendors, CDS and CSI are two of the market leaders so we organically ended up with many joint customers.”
