HKTDC to Launch New Fashion Event in September

Hong Kong, 11th July: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will launch a new international fashion event, CENTRESTAGE, in September this year. Running from 7th to 10th September, the new event will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

According to the HKTDC, the inaugural edition of CENTRESTAGE will feature about 200 fashion brands at four thematic zones, GLAM, ALLURE, METRO and FORWARD. GLAM will feature top international brands; ALLURE will showcase sophisticated designs; METRO will exhibit trendy and sporty designs; and FORWARD will have up-and-upcoming labels and budding fashion talents.

HKTDC Deputy Executive Director Benjamin Chau, “We are positioning CENTRESTAGE to be a platform for international, especially Asian, fashion brands and designers to promote their brands and launch their collections. Fashion brands can leverage the show to reach buyers, particularly select shops, department stores and e-retailers, as well as fashion media and fashion enthusiasts in the region.”
