Full-service production company CNTV has been helping clients tell their unique stories through dynamic video coverage experiences for nearly 14 years. To amplify those messages and further boost engagement, attendance and revenue, the company recently launched CNTV Marketing, offering a one-stop solution for the meetings, exhibitions, and events industry.

“We’ve consistently heard from clients that they are interested in more holistic offerings from CNTV, and the marketing division will provide just that,” said Carrie Ferenac, co-founder and president of the company. “It’s not only about video and production during live, virtual or hybrid events, it’s about engagement and driving business leading up to and after the event to maximize results and maintain a captive audience.”

To head the division, CNTV hired association marketing professional Megan Saad, who has more than 10 years of experience leading complex marketing campaigns for national and global associations. She most recently served as global director of event marketing for IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, where she drove marketing strategy and tactical execution for three global expos and the association’s other member events.

“Megan understands CNTV’s value proposition holistically,” said Marcelo Zolessi, co-founder and CEO of CNTV. “Often our award-winning content has a shorter lifespan and reach than it should, and with Megan on the team, we can now help our customers receive an even higher return and level of success from partnering with us.”

CNTV Marketing is designed to help videos do more, according to Saad.

“Interconnected with the production and content teams, our marketing services combine both creative and technical skills to help reach audiences and create lasting engagement — no matter the type or size of an event,” she said.

Saad’s team strategizes with clients to build comprehensive marketing plans and programs to help them meet their business objectives.

“At CNTV, we know that stories draw people to a brand,” Saad said. “Creating content that connects with audiences in meaningful ways is at the core of what we do, and our new marketing efforts can dramatically increase viewership for video content — increasing attendance for events and offering a higher return for sponsors.”

CNTV Marketing services include optimizing video content for multiple channels, including e-mail, social media and websites as well as improving website visibility.

The aim is to ensure clients receive the customized video content and marketing services they need to engage the audience year-round, although flexible options are available depending on timelines, budgets and level of support needed.

“The most important result is that we deliver the messages in the most effective way,” Saad said.

As part of CNTV’s expansion, the company will also be moving into a new home with a larger studio space.

“This will provide us more flexibility in the quality of the video production and live streaming services we offer by being able to utilize more equipment and make it easier to provide cost-effective, year-round content for our clients,” Ferenac said.

In other news, CNTV recently announced that all of its 35 employees are now vaccinated against COVID-19.

“This milestone is a major move for CNTV on its mission to keep its employees and customers safe while continuing the hard work to safely bring in-person meetings back to the industry,” Ferenac said.
