Asia’s largest HVAC, plumbing and sanitation exhibition, ISH China & CIHE – the China International Trade Fair for Sanitation, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning, organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and Beijing B&D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd, will take place May 13-15 at Beijing’s New China International Exhibition Center.

The three-day event expects to welcome more than 950 exhibitors, covering 85,000-plus square meters of exhibition space across six halls.

The fair also anticipates more than 40,000 professional visitors from across the world, while introducing the latest innovations and practical solutions in HVAC, plumbing and sanitation technologies.

The launch of the building water supply and drainage section has drawn significant interest. Returning exhibitors from in and out of China already have confirmed their place to display their state-of-the-art products, including Aqua-sic (Germany), Georg Fischer (Switzerland), Grundfos (Denmark), Huitong (China), Itron (USA), John Guest (UK), SFA (France), TECE (Germany), Wavin (The Netherlands) and Wilo (Germany).

Also, to take advantage of this specialized section, several leading global brands have signed up for ISH China & CIHE, hoping to tap into China’s structural, water supplies as well as drainage markets.

These companies include SK Golden-Tide (China), Rehau (Germany), Plumbfast (Korea), Jinsu (China), Mayer (Taiwan Region), Cycon (China) and Jingyuan (China).

Supported by their governmental authorities and industry associations, the German and Italian Pavilions a are expected to have a larger presence at the show.

The German Pavilion will be comprised of 10 prestigious companies, some of whom include: SIEGENIA, Jürgen Schlösser and Hedda.

With support from the Italian Trade Commission (ICE), some of the Italian Pavilion companies at the Beijing show will include: General Fittings, Polidoro, Officine Rigamonti and COES.

“ISH China & CIHE is an excellent promotional platform. Participating in the show will enhance our corporate image and aid us in acquiring quality business leads,” said Jo Dai, marketing manager and China’s branch representative for FRANKISCHE from the German Pavilion.

Dai added, “This year, we will introduce our new profi-air intelligent domestic ventilation system. With this product, we hope to showcase our company’s technological advancements to the prospects at the show.”

The congress organizers have further enhanced discussion topics by collaborating with both Chinese and international industry associations to better reflect the industry’s most current issues and breakthroughs.

The congress has been divided into five sessions, focusing on the areas of central heating, individual heating, heat pump technology, international floor-heating and international air-conditioning.

Additionally, the organiser has partnered with China District Heating Association (CDHA), Federal Industrial Association of Germany House, Energy and Environmental Technology (BDH) and Association of Air Conditioning and Ventilation in Buildings (FGK) to launch three innovative HVAC technology display zones. These display zones will showcase Europe’s latest HVAC technologies, as well as key HVAC energy-saving projects in Northern China.

Due to the popularity and anticipation for the newly-established Building Water Supply and Drainage section at the 2014 show, Messe Frankfurt has also teamed up with the Architectural Society of  China Water Supply and Wastewater Association to organise the first-ever International Building Plumbing Congress at ISH China & CIHE.

The theme of the Congress will be “An analysis on the development and market trends of the building plumbing industry in China, as well as the exchange of international cutting-edge plumbing technology and products”.
