Messe Frankfurt Opens New China Branch

Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media Ltd, a Messe Frankfurt subsidiary, announced the opening of a new marketing service subsidiary in Shenzhen – the Messe Frankfurt New Era Advertising (Shenzhen) Co Ltd.

Messe Frankfurt aims to consolidate its presence in the Chinese security products industry with its new branch to better promote its safety and security portfolio and offer expanded services for the mainland Chinese market. Messe Frankfurt New Era Advertising (Shenzhen) began operating on 1st September with a team of over 40 staff members.

Wolfgang Marzin, president and CEO of Messe Frankfurt, said, “For Messe Frankfurt, the founding of this new company is an important strategic step in the development of our international business. Our portfolio of 11 events is already the world’s most important in the trade fair sector for security technology. Establishing the subsidiary in Shenzhen is a logical component in the consolidation and expansion of our activities in this sector in China.”
