Billed as the only exhibition serving the corrugated and folding carton industry in the Southeast Asia, CCE South East Asia 2018, increased the show’s floor plan by more than 40 percent since the inaugural edition in 2016. According to Mack Brooks Exhibitions, organiser of CCE South East Asia, suppliers of corrugated and folding carton equipment and technology are continuing to book prime space at the show and it may double in size in the near future. The inaugural Phuket RendezVous will be held at the Royal Phuket Marina from 4th to 7th January 2018. The new event will replace the 14-year old Phuket International Boat Show (PIMEX). Royal Phuket Marina will partner with Asia RendezVous, an Asian luxury lifestyle event organiser, to host the Phuket RendezVous. The four-day show will showcase high-end products on land and in the water. Visitors are expected from Asia, Europe, as well as from across Thailand. UBM SES, formerly Singapore Exhibition Services, announced its Chief Executive, Lindy Wee, will step down and serve as a Non-Executive Director. Paul Wan, Managing Director of UBM Singapore, will take on the Chief Executive role effective from 1st July 2017. Paul Wan joined UBM Asia in 2005 and was promoted to Managing Director of UBM Singapore in 2011. NASDAQ-listed Global Sources opened its Mobile Electronics at Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) from 18th to 21st April 2017. The National Propane Gas Association experienced record growth in both size and exhibiting companies at its 70th Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo, held April 21-23 at the Music City Center in Nashville.
