31,000+ Participants at BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA

The recently concluded BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA – 4th International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines and Construction Vehicles reported more participants than the previous edition in 2014. Running from 12th to 15th December 2016, at HUDA Ground in Gurgaon/Delhi, the event attracted more than 31,000 participants.

A total of 647 exhibitors showcased their latest construction machinery products at the four-day event. Organised by bC Expo India, a joint venture of Messe München and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA covered an exhibition space of 150,000 m2.

Igor Palka, CEO of bC Expo India, said, “Positive developments in the Indian market were noticeable at BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA 2016. Exhibitors made some very good contacts and in some cases reported having sold machines directly at the fair. For us as the organizer, this feedback is more than gratifying and confirms that BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA is perceived as an important platform by the market.”

The next edition of the biennial BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA will be held in Delhi in December 2018.
