180 Exhibitors Join G2E Asia 2015
The 2015 edition of Global Gaming Expo Asia (G2E Asia), co-organised by Reed Exhibitions Greater China and the American Gaming Association (AGA), featured 180 exhibitors covering 8,500 m2 of exhibition space. In its 9th edition this year, G2E Asia was held from 19th to 21st May at the Venetian Macao.
Reed expects an increase in visitor attendance this year, recording an increase of 39% and 18% on the first and second day of the show respectively compared to last year’s show. G2E Asia’s conference programme this year focused on gaming updates from existing and emerging markets across the region, including Macau, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam and Saipan.
A new addition at G2E Asia this year saw the launch of the pavilion for nightlife and entertainment, which was organised in partnership with the Macau International Clubbing Show (MICS).
Josephine Lee, senior vice president of Reed Exhibitions Greater China, said, “We received a lot of positive feedback from the exhibitors and a lot of them felt the quality of the visitors went up. Before the show started, we already knew the result would be good because we had been receiving a lot of new visitors pre-registering for the show, some from new countries, all the way to South Africa and Iran.”
