The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is the most significant event in the Americas, bringing together all grain-based foods industry supply chain segments. Held in Las Vegas every three years, IBIE gathers the baking community to fuel the next generation of bakers, promote economic growth, to learn and advance the future of baking together. Owned by the American Bakers Association (ABA), and the Bakery Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA) and supported by the Retail Bakers of America (RBA), all proceeds from this non-profit event are invested back into the grain-based food industry.

The triennial show is expected to draw approximately 1,000 exhibitors and 23,000 baking professionals. The International Baking Industry Exposition is the largest baking trade show held in North America that showcases the industry’s latest technologies, equipment, and new product introductions.
