Following the acquisitions of POSSIBLE and HLTH in the last 12 months, global event organizer Hyve Group has acquired Manifest, a fast-growing, global event for the supply chain and logistics sector, from Connectiv Holdings. The move comes as the U.S. retail logistics sector is projected to grow to $109.31 billion by 2030, up from $43.17 billion in 2021—a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11%, according to Grand View Research.

Manifest will join Hyve’s global brands division alongside Shoptalk, Groceryshop, Fintech Meetup, HLTH, and POSSIBLE.

In 2025, Manifest featured more than 7,200 attendees, 2,000 shippers, and 1,500 startups and investors.

Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

What the seller is saying: “Creating connections that can positively impact people, businesses, industries, and communities is something we obsess over and in Hyve, we have found a partner which shares that same fundamental approach,” said Weintraub, CEO of Connectiv Holdings, who will continue to run Manifest. “Hyve is absolutely the right home for Manifest. They are experts in optimizing B2B events to drive unbeatable value for customers, and we’re excited to benefit from that experience and model. I care deeply about this customer community and continuing to deliver value for them. For this reason, it was only ever Hyve.”

Zooming in: This acquisition further strengthens Hyve’s portfolio of events that the world’s leading businesses rely on – for marketing, sales pipeline, product launches, brand positioning, and more, according to Hyve officials. The acquisition offers “a clear path to scale through Hyve’s centralized best-practice approach – exploring opportunities to replicate, scale, and bring the Manifest model to Europe, targeting a larger proportion of the ecosystem,” according to Hyve.

Looking ahead: “We are excited to collaborate with the Manifest team to support its continued growth and evolution, through rolling out our best practice approach, our digitization strategy, and exploring opportunities to geo-clone the event into new markets,” Shashoua said.
