canfitpro International Fitness and Club Business Event Will Boast 200,000 Square Foot Showfloor

The 21st annual canfitpro International Fitness and Club Business Conference and Trade Show is set to take place Aug. 8-9 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The show will have more than 200,000 square feet of exhibits and 200-plus leading fitness, health and wellness companies represented.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from well-known fitness celebrities and experts on the trade showfloor, as they bring you the latest in exercise and nutrition information, classes and demos.

Fresh off her Gold Medal win at the Sochi Olympics, Hayly Wickenheiser will present “It's foolish to be normal,” explaining how success comes from going above and beyond what others normally do.

On Aug. 9, members of the general public are invited to take part in a Q&A session with Wickenheiser and have their photo taken with the hockey legend, followed by a workout.

Also on Aug. 9, fitness enthusiasts will have the opportunity for a Q&A session with celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels.

Following the session, Jillian will lead 1,000 participants through her BODYSHRED class, a 30-minute high intensity, fun and effective interval/circuit workout divided into sections of three minutes of strength moves, two minutes of cardio and one minute of core.

Many of the world's leading health, wellness, fitness and nutrition experts and companies will be in Toronto for this renowned event.
