During a recent team building training at my workplace, I heard a great story about internal conflict resolution styles and how these affect the end result.  Two employees, Chris from sales and Ana from professional services, both want the last remaining orange in the break room. A seemingly reasonable solution would be to compromise and split the orange in half. That makes perfect sense, right? Let’s assume that’s what they do. Problem solved. Well, not quite. Malaysia will host Asia’s future leading architects in 2014 when they convene in the country for the 16th Asian Congress of Architects 2014 (ACA 2014). The Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) and the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) announced the congress will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. This year was a very good one for the MICE industry in Thailand, with targeted visitor numbers for 2012 of 750,000 being exceeded by 19 percent to 895,224 visitors.
