The 3rd edition of furniPRO Asia recently concluded at the Singapore Expo Convention and Exhibition Centre (SingEx). The three-day event was held from 10th to 12th March, with 142 participating brands and companies from 25 countries including five national pavilions from China, Germany, Italy, Singapore and Taiwan.

UBM India, a subsidiary of UBM Asia, will hold the 4th edition of Child, Baby and Maternity Expo India (CBME India) from 20th to 22nd April 2016 at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) in Mumbai.
According to UBM India, this year’s event will feature more than 100 exhibitors showcasing 300 brands. The three-day event will also include seminars, workshops and panel discussions supporting the exhibition. This edition will also feature the launch of “Cool Kids Fashion India” which will include a wide range of children’s clothing and accessories.

The Electronic Software Association’s E3 Expo won’t have some key gaming companies on the showfloor – such as EA and Activision – when the show opens its doors in June at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The game publishers, instead, are opting for smaller, public-focused events.
Other companies, including Wargaming and Disney Interactive, also have decided to skip booths at the show this year, prompting rumors that maybe the show would change its rules and allow the public to attend.

Informa Exhibitions unveiled for the first time at Agra Middle East through a partnership between event technology supplier Info Salons, and solution provider Konduko to debut a new exhibitor and attendee experience.
The technology provides organizers, sponsors and exhibitors a 360-degree platform that delivered content to the attendees, while collecting qualified data on visitor behaviour and preferences at the event.

One hundred and eighty-seven years hardly is a nice round number, so the Pennsylvania Flower Show (founded in 1829) is sharing the stage with the relative youngster National Park Service, celebrating its sweet 100.

Attendees at the National Retail Dry Goods Association (NRDGA) Annual Meeting in January 1911 probably didn’t realize they were witnessing history in the making.
