Water Philippines 2017 to be Co-located with New Events

Positioned as the Philippines’ leading international water supply, sanitation, industrial wastewater treatment and purification event, Water Philippines 2017 will expand in its next edition. With the co-location of four specialized events including Pumps and Valves (P&V), Pipes and Tubing (P&T), and the launch of Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) Philippines 2017, Water Philippines 2017 will run from 22nd to 24th March at SMX Convention Center.

Organised by UBM Asia, the biennial Water Philippines 2017 is now in its 4th edition, since its launch in 2011. According to the organiser, over 380 exhibitors from 20 countries including eight international and regional pavilions from mainland China, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and USA will exhibit their products, technologies and innovations.

UBM also expects to attract about 8,500 quality trade visitors. In addition, the launch of RE EE Philippines 2017 will cover categories such as solar, wind and hydropower, geothermal, biomass, biofuel and energy efficiency.

Eliane Van Doorn, Director of Business Development ASEAN of UBM Asia stated, “The co-location of Water Philippines 2017 and RE EE Philippines 2017 is executed to cater the growing demand of water, energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions and practices required by the many construction and infrastructure projects here in the Philippines.”
