Explori Opens APAC Headquarters in Hong Kong

Exhibition research consultancy, Explori has opened a regional headquarters in Hong Kong as the company prepares for significant growth in the region throughout 2018 and beyond.

The business will be led by new appointment, Joann Chan, as associate director of Research, Asia Pacific.

Chan joins Explori from leading research agency YouGov. She is a multi-lingual research professional with years of experience in project management and delivery of international research projects.

She previously has held senior roles with TNS and Ipsos.

She added, “The Asia Pacific operation is a great success story and I look forward to working with my new colleagues to bring further quality customer and market insight to organisers across the region."

Explori has been operating in Asia Pacific since 2014 and steadily has grown their presence in the area, now covering over 100 events in Hong Kong, Mainland China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

High-profile wins including UBM, Informa, ITE, Diversified Communications, Clarion, Comexposium, Adsale, Global Sources and a research partnership with the Exhibition and Events Association of Australia (EEAA); point to greater growth in 2018 and beyond.
