2019 TSNN Top Trade Shows List Unveiled – CES Snags Top Spot

TSNN is pleased to share some good news and unveil the 2019 TSNN Top Trade Shows list. All of the shows on the list are based in the United States and are ranked by overall net square footage.

The Consumer Technology Association’s 2019 CES took the top spot on the list, boasting a 2.9-plus million net square foot showfloor that drew more than 180,000 total attendees to various venues around Las Vegas.

“CES 2019 connected every major industry across the world and illustrated that every tech company is a tech company,” said Karen Chupka, EVP, CES, CTA.

She added, “This recognition by TSNN proves how CES is committed to remaining at the forefront of the future of business and technology. As new trends emerge and the industry continues to evolve, CES will provide attendees with a truly global experience.”

Snagging second place was the Association of Equipment Manufacturer’s ICUEE - The Intl. Construction & Utility Equipment Exposition, with a more than 1.3 million net sq. ft. showfloor and nearly 20,000 total attendees at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

The city with the most shows on the 2019 TSNN Top Shows list is Las Vegas, with 41.

The city with the second most shows on the list is Orlando, with 18; followed by Chicago, with 16; New York, with 13; Atlanta, with 11; New Orleans, with 9; Anaheim, with 8; Indianapolis, Nashville, Louisville, with 7; Philadelphia, San Antonio, San Diego and San Francisco, with 6; and Los Angeles and Boston, with 5.

The company that landed the most shows on the list is Informa Markets, with 28; followed by Clarion Events, Reed Exhibitions and SmithBucklin, 14; and Spargo, 13.
