Informa Exhibitions Buys WATER & WASTEWATER EQUIPMENT, TREATMENT & TRANSPORT Show
UK.-based Informa Exhibitions has scooped up the WATER & WASTEWATER EQUIPMENT, TREATMENT & TRANSPORT Show from Cole Publishing. Terms of the deal were not discussed.
“Bob has spent the last 40 years creating and building the leading environmental services industry event,” said Rick McConnell, president, of Informa Global Exhibitions.
He added, “The acquisition is a great addition to the Informa portfolio and we are excited to partner with Cole Publishing to continue to make Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport the must-attend event for the industry.”
The WATER & WASTEWATER EQUIPMENT, TREATMENT & TRANSPORT SHOW, which is held in Indianapolis, is an annual event for water and wastewater professionals and attracts more than 14,000 professionals from all over the world.
Informa and Cole Publishing will enter into a long-term partnership agreement under which Cole Publishing will continue to provide editorial and marketing support for the WATER & WASTEWATER EQUIPMENT, TREATMENT & TRANSPORT SHOW.
The WASTE & WASTEWATER EQUIPMENT, TREATMENT & TRANSPORT Show adds to the portfolio of construction and real estate events within Informa’s Global Exhibitions Division, which includes World of Concrete, Greenbuild International Conference & Expo and Construct Canada.
“Our partnership with Informa allows the WWETT Show to grow, yet maintain the relationships we’ve carved out over nearly four decades of building the event, our publications and websites,” said Bob Kendall, Owner/Co-Founder, of Cole Publishing
