The FIME Show, a medical tradeshow based out of Miami, took the top spot with a total reported attendance of 57,000.

In the previous four years, the top spot has been held by either Greater New York Dental Meeting or the Radiological Society of North America, who respectively ranked two (54,629) and three (54,008).

HIMSS: Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society and American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) round out the top five medical meetings, with 36,535 and 35,074 total reported attendees respectively.

The sector that reported the largest number of top 50 shows is dental, with a total of seven dental meetings making the top 50.

Six of these dental meetings are actually top 20 events.

HCEA has published two lists the past three years, one ranked by total attendance and the other ranked by professional attendance.
