Providing an environment in which to achieve the best and be the best in the meetings and events industry is our ultimate purpose at Caesars Entertainment. Simply put, we work to help others execute great meetings, and that means producing great experiences. With the need to create great experiences comes the need for innovation.
At Caesars Entertainment, we get to observe and assist some of the best meeting planners and event organizers in the world. These observations spark ideas that help us create new opportunities, big and small, for our clients. A great example of this is our newest initiative in the growing trend of wellness.
Meeting planners and event organizers can now enjoy our new wellness menus at our Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Reno/Tahoe properties. We’ve curated options that include activations, practitioners, speakers and F&B options. These menu items are designed to be easily adapted into agendas for events big and small.
Why are we so invested in wellness? As innovators, we do keep up on trends and cutting-edge research. With that, we observed a vertical increase of interest in the wellness business vertical in the global marketplace which was supported by reports conducted by organizations like McKinsey and Company who study such trends. With Gen Z now fully in the work force, wellness is becoming even more important and is becoming an expectation similar to CSR.
More than that, wellness-enhanced events can easily translate to more engaged and energetic participants, resulting in better content absorption, more meaningful connections, and can lead to higher satisfaction ratings. Research suggests that attendees are more likely to return to events where they felt physically, mentally, and emotionally supported. It makes sense that a burnout-free experience can equal better outcomes for everyone involved. When attendees leave feeling energized instead of exhausted, they are more likely to participate actively, engage in meaningful discussions, and spread positive word-of-mouth with colleagues.
From food and beverage to creating wellness experiences throughout our Caesars Empire, it’s our team’s passion to innovate around our wellness offerings. This passion and creativity are not a unique phenomenon at Caesars Entertainment, and it’s certainly not limited to wellness.
Having and celebrating an innovative mindset is at the cornerstone of our organization. While big endeavors like creating the dynamic wellness options or revamping the Harrah’s brand with our Harrah’s Reimagined initiative or designing and building CAESARS FORUM are often highlighted, our teams are innovating for our clients daily.
With more than 150 nationwide sales representatives and a portfolio of 50 properties, we stand ready to assist you in delighting your clients, attendees and stakeholders in ways that best suit your business—and we are here for you as you incorporate new ideas to keep your events fresh and dynamic.

MGM Resorts is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse culture, not just among employees and guests but also within its supply chain. The company prioritizes procuring goods and services from businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans, people with disabilities, LGBTQ individuals and those facing economic disadvantages. This commitment is integral to MGM Resorts' global procurement strategy.
Through its voluntary supplier diversity program, MGM Resorts actively identifies and connects certified diverse-owned suppliers to opportunities within its supply chain. The company is on track to spend at least 15% of its biddable procurement with diverse-owned businesses by 2025, demonstrating that supplier diversity is not only a social responsibility but also a strategic business imperative.
Supplier diversity isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s good for business. A diverse supply chain allows access to a broader range of perspectives and experience, helping to drive innovation, entrepreneurship and resilience, while strengthening communities. At MGM Resorts, engaging diverse suppliers ensures best-in-class experiences for guests and clients. Supplier diversity ensures a more resilient supply chain while supporting economic development in the communities in which it operates.
The impact of MGM Resorts' supplier diversity initiatives is significant. In 2023, these efforts supported over 3,500 jobs across more than 30 states, contributed over $214 million in income for diverse-owned businesses and generated more than $62 million in tax revenue. The story extends beyond the numbers – it reflects the tangible benefits brought to small and diverse-owned businesses, fostering economic empowerment in their communities.
MGM Resorts also supports the development and business skills of diverse-owned businesses through investment, mentorship and education. Through the MGM Resorts Supplier Diversity Mentorship Program, the company identifies, mentors and develops diverse-owned businesses to fill its future pipeline, while providing businesses with tools and resources to empower and uplift. Since 2017, the program has successfully graduated 105 diverse-owned businesses and is on track to achieve its goal of 150 graduates by 2025.
MGM Resorts’ commitment to supplier diversity not only enhances its business operations but also plays a crucial role in uplifting communities and fostering economic development. This approach reinforces the idea that diversity is a powerful driver of innovation and resilience, benefiting both the company and the wider community.
