The National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA), "the voice of rural telecommunications," is the premiere non-profit association representing over 570 small and rural telephone cooperatives and commercial companies. NTCA is a full-service association, featuring a highly effective government affairs program; expert legal and industry representation; a broad range of educational services; a comprehensive communications program with visibility in the media; and a well-rounded complement of industry events and an array of employee benefit programs.
