Feathr Acquires Digital Ad Agency Springful

July 2, 2019

Digital marketing company Feathr has acquired Springful, a digital marketing agency based in Gainesville, Fla.

Feathr provides a marketing toolkit designed for the needs of events and associations, which is used by more than 1,000 events across the globe.

The Springful acquisition comes after an increased demand for Feathr Concierge, a managed services program that allows the Feathr Services team to help customers set up accounts, plan campaign strategies, design collateral and ad creatives, and launch and optimize campaigns.

“We are delighted to welcome Springful into the Feathr family and to continue working together to expand Feathr Concierge,” said Aidan Augustin, president and co-founder of Feathr. “We are now providing managed services to more customers than ever before, and those customers are seeing excellent results in terms of event growth, engagement, membership and more.”

Feathr Concierge has expanded to include a variety of service tiers to meet customers’ growing needs, with customers able to obtain services related to any aspect of using the Feathr platform that includes Ads Concierge, Ads Pro Concierge and Invites Concierge.

“For a lot of marketing teams, the challenge isn’t finding the right set of tools – it’s about having enough time to implement them strategically,” Augustin said. “Our goal with Concierge is to take that burden off of our customers, so they can stay focused on what they’re already doing while we help them reap the benefits of a fully integrated digital marketing campaign.”

Feathr originally partnered with Springful in late 2017 to bring Feathr Concierge to life, with the Springful team managing services for more than 50 clients within a year of launching the program, according to Feathr officials.

With the acquisition, Feathr customers will continue to benefit from the expertise of both Springful campaign managers and the Feather customer success manager. Seven employees will also be added to the Feathr team.
