Business Contracts: Several Companies Sign New, Existing Partnerships in Q3

The summer didn’t slow down show organizing companies from contracting new services and renewing existing ones with a bevy of trade show industry suppliers.

CompuSystems reached contract renewal agreements with a trio of clients to provide registration, data analytics and lead retrieval services -- the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), the Diving Equipment and Marketing Association (DEMA), and WATT Global Media.


AANS, a CSI partner for the last eight years, signed a three-year agreement through 2021 for its Annual Scientific Meeting show. DEMA, a CSI partner for more than 15 years, signed on for another two years (2018-19) for its annual DEMA Show. Meanwhile, WATT Global Media extended its partnership with CSI for its Petfood Forum show by three years (2019-21). 

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) also renewed its contract with CompuSystems through 2020. CompuSystems will provide registration, data analytics and lead retrieval services for The Specialty Coffee Expo. 

NTP Events continues to grow its client roster. In the past few months, new partnerships were formed with Breakbulk Events & Media, Hedera Hashgraph, the Electronic Transactions Association, and NTP Events extended its contract with Destinations International.

NTP Events will manage exhibit and sponsorship sales, and exhibitor marketing for ETA's premier event, TRANSACT.

Additionally, NTP Events is assisting with exhibitor and sponsorship sales and exhibitor marketing for Breakbulk Americas and Hedera Hashgraph.

While bringing on new clients, NTP Events also extended its partnership with Destinations International to perform sales and operations management through the 2020 Annual Convention. 

The International Association for Dental Research (IADR) has appointed SPARGO, Inc. as its Registration & Housing Management provider starting in 2019 for the IADR/AADR/CADR General Session in Vancouver, BC, Canada from June 19-22, 2019.

IADR is a non-profit dedicated to advancing research and increasing knowledge for the improvement of oral health worldwide, supporting and representing the oral health research community and ultimately facilitating the communication and application of research findings to a world-wide audience.

IADR hosts multiple large-scale meetings both within the United States and worldwide.

The Forest Products Society (FPS) has chosen Association Services Group (ASG) for full service management, effective August 1, 2018.

Established in 1947, FPS is the premier international organization for advancing the sustainable use of renewable cellulosic resources, including wood, through science and technology.

The International Antiviral Society–USA and CROI Foundation (IAS-USA) has appointed SPARGO, Inc. as its Registration & Housing Management provider for the 26th Annual Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI). The IAS-USA serves as the organizer for the logistical planning and organization for CROI.

CROI is the preeminent HIV research meeting in the world and attracts more than 4,000 HIV/AIDS research leaders internationally.
