UBM Concludes Hyderabad Jewellery Fair

Organised by UBM India, the 9th edition of Hyderabad Jewellery, Pearl and Gem Fair (HJF 2016) was held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Novotel from 4th to 5th June. The event is a gem and jewellery trade show featuring more than 100 brands and this year’s trade visitor attendance is expected to be 5,000+ - representing growth of 20% compared with the last edition.

Launched in 2008, HJF is a four-city jewellery show (Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi) organised throughout the year by UBM India. At the fair, manufacturers from Hyderabad and the surrounding regions displayed a wide variety of gems and jewellery.

Mr. Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director of UBM India commented, “HJF received a tremendous response this year from the industry. This kind of positive response has only encouraged and further validated the potential of the industry. The fair, in addition to being the State's only show of such size and volume, has become an industry benchmark for trade in the region.”
