This boutique event is carefully crafted to create a high-quality, senior-level gathering in an intimate environment, fostering meaningful connections, one-to-one networking, and collaborative discussions. The 2025 theme, ‘Innovate to Elevate’, will challenge attendees to think beyond the status quo, focusing on harnessing creativity and innovation to take the air transport industry to new heights.

This high-level three-day event is dedicated to new thinking and concepts, and combines an exhibition, extensive social activities, conference sessions, interactive workshops, pitch sessions and awards with turbo-charged networking. Through the MGM Resorts Supplier Diversity Mentorship Program, the company identifies, mentors and develops diverse-owned businesses to fill its future pipeline, while providing businesses with tools and resources to empower and uplift.
