Solar Power International Solar Power International (SPI) is North America’s premier business-to-business event for professionals in solar energy and related fields. The annual event, which is powered by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), grew by 20% from the previous year. In 2015 SPI was ranked as one of the 100 largest trade shows and one of the 25 fastest growing shows in North America, continuing its legacy as the largest solar trade show in North America.
