Messe Düsseldorf North America, KCI Corporation Team Up to Launch Two New Events in Houston

August 31, 2015

Trade show organizers KCI Corporation and Messe Düsseldorf North America have announced a partnership on two new events that will be held next year in Houston.

They already team up on the Valve World Americas Expo & Conference, also held in Houston.

The first new event is a new pump event called Pump Summit Americas, which will take place June 13-14, 2016, at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

The two-day conference and exhibition is powered by Pump Engineer, Pumpen Aktuell and Empowering Pumps.

“We are excited to introduce a new pump event to North America. Pump Summit Americas will be a conference and exhibition that caters to pump experts across industries,” Sarah Schroer, conference manager, Pump Summit Americas.

Pump Summit Americas aims to form a pump community across several industries, according to show organizers.

Along with oil and  gas, the event will also welcome those from water and wastewater, chemical processing, mining, pulp & paper, petrochemical, power generation, industrial processing, food and beverage and pharmaceutical.

The second new event, Fugitive Emissions Summit Americas, will be powered by the well-established Valve World.

Fugitive Emissions Summit Americas aims to bring together a community of end users, EPC’s, distributors, manufacturers and suppliers for an exciting conference and exhibition that will help address the ever-changing world of fugitive emissions regulations and control, according to show organizers.

KCI (Knowledge Communication Information) has several brands, such as Stainless Steel World, Valve World, Pump Engineer, Nuclear Exchange, and Edelstahl Aktuell. KCI does business in more than 80 countries worldwide.

Messe Düsseldorf North America (MDNA) is the U.S. subsidiary of Messe Düsseldorf Germany, which is one of the global leaders in exhibitions and events for the flow control industry, including Valve World in Düsseldorf, Houston and China.

The also company organizes the top trade show for the tube and pipe industry, Tube Düsseldorf.
