The FIME Show, a medical supply trade show based out of Miami, snagged the No. 1 spot on the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association’s 2012 Top 50 Medical Meetings list, with 54,147 total attendees. Released a few weeks before the association’s annual meeting June 22-25 in Austin, Texas, the list represents the largest medical meetings in the U.S. ranked by attendance. UBM Canon hosted their 2013 east coast expo for medical design, manufacturing, automation and packaging June 18-20 in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The three-day expo boasted 1,200 exhibitors and encompassed just shy of 200,000 net square feet. UBM does not release attendee numbers but rather a number of companies represented.
